Leigham Court Road
This project proposes a high-quality residential building ranging from three to five stories with 27 units, along with access, parking, cycle, and bin storage. The development efficiently uses the site, enhances the street’s visual amenity, and is designed to respect neighbouring properties by minimizing impacts on light, privacy, and outlook. I was the lead architectural designer through the planning stages of this project.
